Hand Full is the studio of Bradley Boggie in Emeryville, California.
From a young age, Bradley loved tinkering in his grandfather’s workshop. When he was 16, he lucked into a job working for a skilled jewelry box maker. This experience jumpstarted a rich connection with woodworking and process, and soon after, inspired Bradley to enter into an apprenticeship in furniture making. From day one he was immersed in work that felt fascinating, challenging, tactile, and full of possibilities. Those feelings have not gone away.
Working as Hand Full, Bradley creates furniture and objects that are singular and expressive, and meticulously made. He seeks out specific qualities in the wood, metal, paper, and wool that form the foundation of his process. These building blocks serve as both an inspiration and the structure in his work, full of character, beauty and robustness.
Hand Full exists as a sincere expression of technique and effort, sharing space with playfulness, presence, intention, and love.
Commissions and collaborations are welcome.
Let him know what floats your boat.
